President of the Management Board of Pfeifer & Langen Polska since 1 January 2026.
Prior to joining Pfeifer & Langen Polska, he held operational leadership roles within Coca-Cola HBC and Kerry Group. He subsequently took on a number of key positions at Nordzucker Polska, progressing from Production Director to Board Member responsible for Operations, and ultimately President of the Management Board.
He also served as Chairman of the Environmental Committee of the European Association of Sugar Manufacturers (CEFS).
Throughout his career, he has led numerous modernization and organizational initiatives focused on process optimization, sustainable production, and strengthening cooperation and dialogue with the agricultural sector.
