Deputy Director of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute and Program Director of the Leadership Academy for Poland. An expert in management, leadership, and strategy, she is an MBA lecturer at the Kozminski University, Jagiellonian University, and Collegium Civitas. A cultural manager, co-founder, and president of the City of Literature Foundation, she has co-created, and organized of national and international cultural and educational events. She is a recipient of the Creative Scholarship of the City of Kraków in the field of arts management. Olga has served as a member of the Equal Treatment Council under the Mayor of Kraków (first and second term), the Mentoring Council of the Rafał Brzoska Foundation, the Golden Wolves Award / Exempt from Theory Award Jury, the Kazimiera Bujwidowa Award Jury, and a mentor in the Vital Voices programs. She is also a co-creator of the Executives for Impact initiative, which supports strategic development of NGOs.
