COLLECTION OF BADGES
In order to collect your badge, please register at the entrance to the ICC building from ul. Olimpijska (entrance C).
Reception desk working hours:
- 2 October, 2024 | 8.00 AM - 9.30 PM
- 3 October, 2024 | 8.00 AM - 3.00 PM
The badge is required for two days of the event. When leaving the building, the badge is to be presented for a scan each time to re-enter the International Congress Center.
Due to high interest and potential traffic disruptions, we ask you to arrive relatively early before the start of the session.
We would like to remind you that prior online registration is required.
LANGUAGE
The language of the event is Polish.
All sessions will be interpreted simultaneously [PL-EN].
PREMIUM ZONE OPERATING HOURS
We would like to invite you to the PREMIUM zone, where you can help yourself to lunch and an all-day coffee break.
Operating hours:

- 3 October, 2024 | 9.00 AM - 3.00 PM
Entry to the zone is granted based on the Premium badge.
CATERING & RESTAURANT
The EMCEK Bistro restaurant, located in the Lower Hall of the International Congress Centre, will be open during the event. The dining options at EMCEK Bistro are to be covered at your own expense.

Accommodation costs are not covered by the Organizer.
PARKING
Guests of PRECOP conference can use the parking spaces within the Culture Zone, next to the building of National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra.
Speaker status: P1 section, accessible through the ul. Olimpijska and ul. Skrzypka intersection, and the SK1 section, accessible through ul. Olimpijska. The parking is supervised between 6.00 AM and 8.00 PM but is not guarded.
Premium status: SK1 section, accessible through ul. Olimpijska, and the SK2 section, accessible through ul. Haralda. The parking is supervised between 6.00 AM and 8.00 PM but is not guarded.
Standard status: SK2 and SK3 sections, accessible through ul. Haralda. The parking is supervised between 6.00 AM and 8.00 PM but is not guarded.
The parking is free. Access is only granted after presenting a unique badge (available for download on the individual participant's account). Limited number of spots available. Parking is only possible in designated spots.
There is a municipal parking area around the ICC, Spodek, and outside the Culture Zone, with parking spaces paid at one's own expense.
The Altus P3 underground parking — 550 spots, an 8-minute walk to the ICC/Spodek.
