Michal Jarczynski holds a degree in mechanical engineering and chemical processing industry from the Poznan University of Technology, as well as a postgraduate diploma in finance and controlling from the Poznan University of Economics. During his 30 –years professional experience he has performed several leading positions (MD, COO, CEO) in the paper industry and energy sector. Michal Jarczynski serves as CEO of Arctic Paper Group 2009-2012 and since 2019. Arctic Paper Group is listed on the stock exchanges in Warsaw and Stockholm. The Arctic Paper Group generates approximately 4 billion PLN in revenue, employs around 1,500 people, and produces nearly 3 TWh of energy annually in its five factories.
