From 2016-18, he served as European affairs analyst at Polityka Insight. Thereafter, worked as the evaluator and researcher of EC’s policies in the fields of transport and communication at an international consultancy company.
Co-founder and board member of the Strategies 2050 Institute. At the Institute, he was responsible for research on Poland's energy transition, the RRF and EU policies. In the 2023 parliamentary campaign, member of the staff of Poland 2050 and the Third Way responsible for communication.
Author and co-author of numerous reports summarising Poland's achievements in the EU and the legislative activities of the EU institutions
He has worked, among others, with the Batory Foundation, the In.Europa Institute and the Schuman Foundation.
Graduate of the College of Europe in Natolin, Dublin's Trinity College and Charles University in Prague.
