Position: Director, Primary Market Department, Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE)
The Director of the Primary Market Department at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), responsible for acquiring new issuers for the markets operated by the WSE, maintaining relationships with issuers, and implementing selected strategic projects of the WSE, including the ESG Data Hub project. She has over 24 years of broad professional experience gained in the financial market. Throughout her career, she has focused on developing business areas in financial institutions, primarily in banks, investment firms, and investment fund companies. She has managed numerous projects, creating and implementing corporate and communication strategies. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University in Warsaw. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, an international non-profit organization bringing together professionals from the project management industry. She is also an ambassador for Green Project Management, an organization promoting sustainable project management practices worldwide. Her mission is to transform strategic concepts into real, measurable results, taking into account the values and needs of stakeholders.
