Anna Serzysko
Position: KOBiZE expert, climate negotiator, Team of Polish COP Negotiators, author of the publication ‘International Negotiations under the Climate Convention’
Expert on international policy and law related to climate change.
For several years, she has been involved in climate and energy policy-making at national, European and UN level. In her daily work, she focuses primarily on the implementation of activities related to national and European obligations under the Climate Convention (UNFCCC) and represents Poland and the European Union at international climate negotiation forums. Expert of the Polish Negotiating Team for the UNFCCC, involved, inter alia, in the Polish Presidency of the UNFCCC (COP14, COP19, COP24). Author of numerous scientific publications on environmental issues, especially on climate change policy and sustainable development.
