Position: Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Kraków for Climate and Air Quality
A graduate of the Jagiellonian University. He completed postgraduate studies in the field of environmental protection at the Cracow University of Technology. In 2017 he obtained a diploma in Business Management (MBA), and in 2020 he graduated from the Krakow University of Economics with an MBA in Community Management. Since 2025, he has also served as Deputy Director of the Department of Environment, Climate and Air Quality. He is a co-author of municipal anti-smog resolutions, he supported actions for sustainable transport based on bicycle infrastructure. He cooperates with NGOs, associations, institutions promoting the struggle for clean air. Fellow of the International Leadership Program (IVLP) on Best Practices in Air Quality Improvement, organized by the U.S. Department of State.
