Director of the Air Protection and Climate Negotiations Department at the Ministry of Climate and Environment of the Republic of Poland. She is responsible for Poland’s European and global climate policy and serves as the country’s chief negotiator within the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
She is an expert in climate diplomacy and international relations.
She gained her experience in public administration and through cooperation with international organisations (UNIDO, UNCITRAL, UNFCCC)
In 2025 She chaired the Council Working Party on International Environmental Issues and Climate Change (WPIEI-CC) during the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
She holds a degree in Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and in Université de Rennes I in France.
