Aleksandra Redzisz serves as Director of the Department of Strategic Analysis at the Ministry of Energy of Poland. The Department is responsible, in particular, for developing the State Energy Policy, the National Energy and Climate Plan, as well as other horizontal strategic documents and analyses. Its responsibilities also include analysing and developing solutions aimed at streamlining investment processes in the energy sector.

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in energy and capital markets. A member of the Warsaw Bar Association, she previously gained professional experience at international law firms and analytical institutions.
