Klara Ramm graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, holds an Executive MBA diploma. She obtained a doctorate in technical sciences in the specialization of environmental engineering. She completed post-graduate studies at the University of Warsaw, as well as studies conducted by HEC in Paris and the Warsaw School of Economics. She gained professional experience at water utility in Warsaw, Polish found for environmental protection, National Water Authority, Veolia. Since 2006, she has been cooperating with the Polish Waterworks Chamber of Commerce representing the Polish water utilities in the EurEau federation. Klara participates in activities to protect water resources and improve the functioning of water services in the EU. She also implements national and international projects related to water management, participates in scientific and research activities. She is a member of the Water and Sewage Technical Committee at the Polish Committee for Standardization.
