Agricultural entrepreneur, expert in beef cattle breeding and ethyl alcohol production, and leader in innovation in agriculture and the distillery industry. Owner of a farm in Radzicz and chairman of the board of numerous companies and industry organizations, including the Polish Distillery Association, Radzicz Distillery Sp. z o.o., Biosynergia.pl, and agricultural producer cooperatives: beef, grain, oilseeds, and sugar beet.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, the Poznań School of Management and Banking, the Institute of Agro-Food Biotechnology in Warsaw, and The Alcohol School in Canada. He promotes an agricultural production model based on animal welfare, regenerative agriculture, a circular economy, and a low-carbon economy. A pioneer in Beefmaster breeding in Poland and Europe, he actively collaborates with industry organizations, including the Association of Beef Cattle Breeders and Producers and the Association of Beef Cattle Producers.
Co-author and implementer of numerous research and implementation projects in the fields of plant and feed production, animal nutrition, and farm work organization. Winner of prestigious industry awards, including the title of Beef Cattle Producer of the Year, distinctions from the Minister of Agriculture, and awards for his contribution to the development of the biofuel sector and sustainable agriculture.
