Since 2021, he has been actively involved in the Just Transition process in Eastern Wielkopolska and in coordinating work on the development strategy of the subregion. Since 2023, he has been coordinating the entire process, with particular responsibility for ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of the Just Transition Fund under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme.
In previous years, he participated in shaping the development policy of the Wielkopolska Region and in monitoring the region’s socio-economic situation. He co-created and implemented the Development Strategy of the Wielkopolska Region and the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme within the EU financial perspectives 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. He was also involved in preparing the Development Strategy for Western Poland and coordinated the work of the Wielkopolska Regional Territorial Observatory.
He is a university lecturer specializing in EU financial policy and development financing from European funds.
