Darius Daubaras is a Senior Investment Officer at IFC (World Bank Group) responsible for IFC’s Infrastructure investments in Poland. He has 25 years of career experience in investment banking (Citi, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan), private equity and corporate development (Saudi Aramco) having led a broad range of financing (debt and equity), M&A, private equity investments, and other corporate strategic transactions for clients globally. Darius is also a former Chairman of Supervisory Board of Ignitis Group (the largest energy holding in the Baltics) where he led the company’s IPO in 2020. He is currently based in Warsaw and leads IFC’s Infrastructure business.
He has an MBA in Finance from The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and Master’s in International Relations at the University of Cambridge.
