Tomasz Konik has been leading the company operating in Poland and the Baltic states since June 2020. His professional career began over 20 years ago at Deloitte Tax Advisory. Tomek built and developed Deloitte’s tax teams in Katowice, Kraków, Rzeszów and Ostrava. Prior to taking on the Managing Partner’s role, Tomek, back then the Vice-President of the Management Board, also performed the function of the Head of Strategy Consulting at the Consulting Department.
Tomasz has been always actively involved in social and non-profit operations, he is a mentor in the LeadersIN program and a member of the Male Champions of Change Club. He was the originator of the Deloitte Poland Foundation whose main focus is climate, education, and charity projects.
Tomasz Konik graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, completed an international MBA program at St. Gallen Business School and AMP studies at IESE Business School Universidad de Navarra. He is also a graduate of IMD in Lausanne, Harvard Business School and Oxford University. Tomek is a licensed tax adviser.
