GUEST REGISTRATION
For registration, enter the International Congress Centre from ul. Olimpijska, through gate C:

At registration, you will get a personal ID, which has to be scanned every time you leave and enter the ICC building.
Because of the high degree of interest in the event and possible traffic disruptions, we encourage you to allow enough time to arrive before the start of the session.
CATERING & RESTAURANT
During the event, we invite you to take advantage of an all-day coffee break served during the conference hours. As part of the Premium and VIP package, we invite you to the Premium Zone (Ballroom B), where lunch will be served:

The EMCEK Bistro restaurant, located in the Lower Hall of the MCK, will also be open on the premises of the International Congress Center. Guests can use the restaurant's gastronomic offer at their own expense.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
All sessions will be held in Polish, with simultaneous PL/EN interpretation. Information about interpreting services for other languages will be regularly updated in the agenda.

INFORMATION POINT
All information regarding the conference will be provided by the INFO point located in the Lower Hall of the International Congress Center (MCK).

Parking spaces only for guests with VIP and Premium status: parking lot SK1 - entrance from Olimpijska Street. The SK1 parking lot is supervised from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but is not guarded.
Parking for VIP and Premium guests is free of charge. Entry only possible on presentation of a unique entry pass (to be downloaded from the participant’s individual account). The number of places is limited. Parking is only possible in designated areas.
