Mr. Leszek Jesień, Ph.D. hab., serves as Director for International Cooperation at PSE, Polish Transmission System Operator for electricity. He is responsible for inter-TSO relations and innovations. Recently, co-author of the book New Electricity and New Cars. The Future of the European Energy Doctrine. Previously, advisor for European affairs and energy policy to three Polish prime ministers, and ministers of economy and environment.
