Position: Director Sustainable Food Systems, UN Global Compact Norway
Director for Sustainable Food Systems at UN Global Compact (UNGC) Norway, the UN’s organization for sustainable business and Norway’s largest corporate initiative. With a professional background in journalism, event management, sales, management and media relation, he has been involved in the building up of various successful ventures, including UNGC Norway, one of the fastest growing local UNGC network in terms of membership. After serving as Chief Operating Officer, he has taken up his current position to focus on developing an international, multi-stakeholder initiative for sustainable food systems so that the private sector can play a proactive and positive role in the global effort to accelerate food systems transformation for the SDGs.
