Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering. In 2013, he earned an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. For many years, he represented general contractors at such projects as the 858MW Unit in Bełchatow, the 450MW Unit in Stalowa Wola, or the 450MW Unit in Turow.
He has developed skills in procurement, technical departments, and project management. Moreover, he has experience as a contract engineer during the construction of a gas-fired boiler plant.
