Agnieszka Spirydowicz has extensive experience in sustainable energy and financing of sustainable energy projects. She is considered one of the few women in the Polish renewable energy sector who has experience in both the technical and practical aspects of transition projects. Agnieszka has been actively involved in various efforts to build renewable energy sources (RES), promote innovation, address social challenges, and support job creation and retraining in the Turow region. As an expert in equitable transformation, Agnieszka works with local, regional, national and EU governments and authorities. Agnieszka serves as president of the Zgorzelec RES and Energy Efficiency Development Cluster, which is one of the most developed energy communities in Poland. During her activities, she has been involved in, among other things, the establishment of a solar power plant with a capacity of almost 100 MW, a general collection point for renewable energy, a high and medium voltage grid for renewable energy, a microgrid demonstrator with energy storage, and a strategy for managing the transformation of a coal region on the German-Polish border. As a member of various working groups and councils, Agnieszka plays a significant role in shaping energy policies and strategies in Poland. She is a member of the Just Transformation Working Group and the Energy Working Group at the Marshal's Office, a member of the Consultation Team at the Marshal's Office for the Lower Silesian Urbanization Plans, a member of the Sectoral Agreement for the Development of the Hydrogen Economy, a Policy Expert for the Covenant of Mayors project, and Business Development Manager for the Lower Silesian Hydrogen Valley. In addition, she serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of the National Chamber of Energy Clusters, focusing on the development of renewable energy sources, as well as a Member of the Consulting Council for Industrial Innovation in the
Łódź Province, contributing to the development of autonomous vehicles.She was one of 3 people nominated by the European Commission for the Woman in Energy award in Sustainability Week.
