Bálint is the delivery lead for the Proteus Partnership, managing its finances and operations, driving expansion into the land-use sector, and ensuring the quality of knowledge products. He leads the 'Every Job is a Nature Job' brief series and collaborates with businesses and NGOs to advance thought leadership on the business case for biodiversity. Bálint also undertakes bespoke projects, crafting biodiversity strategies and piloting TNFD components. He actively contributes to ENCORE, building its spatially adjusted materiality rating capabilities and conducting national-level natural capital risk analysis.
